Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 5+ years of experience in account management, customer success, consultative sales, or relationship management.
• Experience managing commercial customer relationships.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of strategic Consumer Interactive accounts by building strong relationships with key stakeholders.
• Achieve revenue and retention goals through account planning and renewal management.
• Lead customer-facing business reviews and internal account planning sessions.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to mitigate risks and drive retention and growth.
• Analyze account performance and market opportunities to develop strategic plans.
