Job summary

TransUnion in Chicago seeks a Customer Engagement Senior Analyst to align sales and delivery teams, advise on product capabilities, and ensure fulfillment of client projects. This hybrid role requires in‑person work at least two days a week.

You will translate technical and functional requirements for non‑technical audiences, gather customer needs, and verify batch fulfillment against specifications while coordinating with the technical team.

Qualifications

• Translate technical and functional requirements and collaborate with technical counterparts.
• Explain technical concepts in layman's terms to a non-technical audience.
• Bachelor’s degree and relevant work experience, preferably in the Financial Services industry.
• Familiarity working with data.
• Experience in the credit reporting, financial services or direct marketing industry is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the full system lifecycle including client and sales engagement, requirements gathering, review of the fulfillment of the solution, and coordinate resources for fulfillment.
• Assist the technical team with developing an end-to-end processing solution including design, setup, test, delivery and documentation.
• Validate batch fulfillment system setup and output based on customer requirements and direct customer communication to audit results.
• Analyze how industry changes will affect program execution, fulfillment, and solution delivery.
