Job summary

A family law and estate planning firm in Fairfax, Virginia is seeking an all-star salesperson for a remote position. This role requires a proven sales professional who can build genuine connections with clients, convert leads, and assist in business development activities. The ideal candidate will have sales experience with professional services or high-ticket items, feel empathy towards clients, and possess strong customer service skills. Responsibilities include consultations, client onboarding, and tracking sales metrics, contributing to the overall success of the firm while working remotely.

Responsibilities

• Perform initial consultations by phone and video conference.
• Maintain scripts and training materials for the sales team.
• Prepare and send client engagement agreements using an electronic signing application.
• Follow up with prospective clients.
• Follow up with new clients to ensure satisfaction with services.
• Engage in business development activities.
• Manage outreach efforts to help with the firm’s online review campaign.
• Conduct monthly meetings to discuss the quality volume of leads through various lead sources.
• Ensure proper handover of clients to the legal team.
• Onboard new clients, complete file opening and closing procedures.
• Keep track of leads pipeline in CRM and also on spreadsheets.
• Keep track of inbound and outbound referrals and referral sources.
• Document and update the firm’s policies and procedures related to the role.
• Provide training and support to the intake team.
• Perform additional duties as needed.
