Job summary

Gainwell Technologies is seeking a Client Engagement Manager to drive contract management, client relationships, and revenue growth for health care clients. You will oversee project delivery, coordinate with internal teams, and help upsell services while ensuring client satisfaction.

The role involves remote work with quarterly travel and supporting west coast clients as needed. Requires a bachelor’s degree or 5+ years of relevant experience in healthcare or client services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; or 5+ years in lieu of a degree.
• Experience in health insurance or healthcare settings preferred.
• Background in client services, customer success, or business administration.
• Experience with large-scale client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Manage client contracts and relationships to meet contractual commitments.
• Lead revenue-generating activities and upsell services to existing clients.
• Prepare and monitor budgets and revenue expectations for assigned clients.
• Develop project approaches and implementation plans with clients.
• Oversee development and implementation; report progress to leadership.
• Identify opportunities to grow revenue and strengthen client satisfaction.
• Support sales opportunities and assist in proposal development.
