Switchlist is building its team in Cincinnati, with co-founders guiding growth from the ground up. The role focuses on ensuring excellent customer experiences by evangelizing the product, educating users, and delivering valuable content across support, marketing, and product teams.

You’ll host webinars, engage customers, and drive KPIs while collaborating with the co-founders and cross-functional teams. You’ll write engagement content, manage the webchat channel, and contribute to marketing

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree preferred (or relevant work experience)
• 3+ years in sales, account management, and/or client support
• Experience with modern CRM tools (preferably Hubspot) and G Suite
• Experience in B2B, SaaS, Marketing, and/or Partnerships is strongly desired
• Some experience hosting webinars
• Dynamic, consultative approach to finding solutions
• Adaptable and flexible in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Demonstrated excellence with verbal and written communications and time management

Mansioni

• Outreach of new users and uncovering and educating opportunities for customers to receive the greatest possible value from the product
• Writing and optimizing customer engagement email sequences in Hubspot
• Create the majority of content for our support/help desk
• Own the customer webchat channel
• Manage and optimize your time across several different initiatives
• Held responsible to: new customer acquisition, freemium conversion, and customer usage KPIs
• Assistance with marketing campaigns and generating word-of-mouth referrals
• Consistently provide customer feedback
