Qualifications

• 3+ years in client success, marketing or member experience.
• Experience in consumer health technology preferred.
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and influence outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior team to leverage systems and dashboards to identify revenue opportunities.
• Consult clients on planning, execution and analysis of engagement strategies.
• Develops and executes plans to achieve revenue targets related to member engagement.
• Lead client engagement initiatives and coordinate onsite and virtual events.
