Switchboard is seeking a Customer Experience Strategist to lead and grow our national digital campaigns from our DC office. You will become the face of Switchboard to clients, shaping programs across texting, email, analytics, webforms, and more, while partnering with Product, Engineering and Design.

You’ll own relationships, drive feature priorities, and help improve processes with AI and data visualization tools.

Qualificações

• Experience managing digital programs and campaigns.
• Customer-facing experience is essential.
• Experience with AI tools and automation preferred.
• Willingness to work on-call during evenings/weekends.

Responsabilidades

• Build relationships with customers and share updates with the team.
• Configure onboarding for new customers and guide email deliverability.
• Attend product meetings and provide customer context for new features.
• Log feature requests and help document FAQs for the help center.
• Triage on-call issues and resolve deliverability alerts with engineers.
