Job summary

Informa TechTarget is seeking a Client Delivery Specialist to manage end-to-end delivery of contracted products, ensuring customer satisfaction from inception to completion. You will coordinate creative materials, communicate with cross-functional teams, and maintain accurate reporting and revenue forecasting.

The role emphasizes exceptional communication, multitasking, and a fast-paced environment. A BA/BS is required, and there are opportunities to grow within a global organization.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate receipt of online creative materials from Agencies and/or Advertisers to ensure deadlines are met for all media campaigns.
• Build relationships with Advertisers to provide support and fulfill campaigns.
• Communicate with Sales, CSM, Product Ops about campaign status, performance and execution.
• Provide excellent customer service via phone and email.
• Provide order status and performance updates to Sales Reps.
• Ensure proper revenue forecasting and recognition weekly.
• Set up auto-reporting and ownership of client reporting deliveries.
• Process Campaign Changes with Sales and clients around impact and timing.
• Secure proof of delivery and perform month-end close tasks.
