Job summary

Informa TechTarget in Auburndale, MA is hiring a Client Delivery Specialist to coordinate end-to-end product delivery from inception to completion, ensuring customer satisfaction. You’ll reconfirm orders, capture client goals, manage online media deliverables, and handle post-sale changes in a fast-paced environment.

Key duties include coordinating material receipt from Agencies/Advertisers, building advertiser relationships, and communicating campaign status with Sales, CSM, and Product Ops.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or sales administration is a plus.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and reliability.
• Team player with professional phone etiquette.
• Ability to handle multiple deadlines, calls and projects.
• Fast thinker with quick decision-making abilities.
• BA or BS degree required.
• Proven sales and client management abilities, preferably in advertising/agency.
• Accurate data entry skills and independent work ability.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate delivery of online materials from Agencies/Advertisers to meet deadlines.
• Build relationships with Advertisers to support campaigns and loyalty.
• Communicate with Sales, CSM, Product Ops about campaign status and performance.
• Provide excellent customer service via phone and email.
• Share order status and performance updates with Sales Reps.
• Assist revenue forecasting and weekly recognition tasks.
• Set up auto-reporting and manage client reporting deliveries.
• Process campaign changes with Sales and clients on timing/impact.
• Secure proof of delivery and close month-end tasks.
