GHY is seeking a Client Care Manager in the United States to lead a team delivering timely, compliant, and exceptional service for import/export clients. You will partner with cross‑functional teams to ensure regulatory compliance, proactive client engagement, and continuous improvement of CARE values.

The role requires strong leadership, regulatory knowledge, and excellent client service skills, with responsibilities across onboarding, training, and major account management.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of related experience.
• Licensed Customs Broker Designation required for remote role.
• Certified Customs Specialist (CCS) designation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop team responsible for regulatory guidance and data management.
• Manage scheduling and coaching to balance workloads.
• Oversee client relationships, escalation, and issue resolution.
• Ensure creation and maintenance of SOPs, especially for major accounts.
• Apply CARE model across client interactions and support cross‑department training.
