Job summary

GHY is seeking a Client Care Manager to lead a team delivering compliant, timely service for import/export clients in the US. Reporting to the US Director of Operations, you will drive training, SOPs, and issue resolution across departments.

You will build strong client relationships, supervise regulatory guidance, and collaborate with CBP, freight forwarders, and partners to ensure accurate entries and continuous improvement. Travel occasional.

Qualifications

• Certified CCS designation is required.
• 5+ years of related experience.
• Licensed Customs Broker preferred or plan to obtain license within 18 months.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on leadership fostering accountability and service excellence.
• Lead, coach, and develop team members responsible for regulatory guidance and data management.
• Create and manage work schedules for adequate coverage and balanced workloads.
• Facilitate team huddles, goal setting, and coaching.
• Identify training needs and support continual skill development.
• Collaborate with multiple departments to support training and SOP updates.
• Oversee regulatory compliance with CBP and PGA requirements.
• Maintain SOPs for major accounts and ensure CARE model is applied.
