Job summary

GHY seeks a Client Care Manager to lead a regulatory-focused team delivering timely, compliant service for import/export clients. You will ensure balanced workloads, support regulatory compliance, and drive continuous CARE values.

Reporting to the US Director of Operations, you will train staff, refine SOPs, and collaborate across departments to improve processes, including exploring AI-enabled tools and automation to enhance efficiency.

Qualifications

• CCS designation and 5+ years in trade compliance.
• Knowledge of CBP, PGA rules, HTS and entry requirements.
• Licensed Customs Broker preferred or plan to obtain within 18 months.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team delivering compliant client service and rapid issue resolution.
• Collaborate across departments to support training, SOPs, and process improvement.
• Maintain regulatory knowledge and oversee entry and certification processes.
• Drive client relationships with proactive communication and escalation handling.
• Support after‑hours needs and participate in team reviews and planning.
