Job summary

GHY is seeking a Client Care Manager to oversee a team delivering on timely, compliant, and exceptional service for US clients. You will ensure workload balance, support regulatory compliance, and drive proactive client engagement while collaborating across departments to advance CARE values.

You will lead training initiatives, assist in onboarding, and coordinate with CBP, freight forwarders, and partners to resolve issues. Travel is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of related experience.
• Licensed Customs Broker designation required.
• Certified Customs Specialist (CCS) designation.
• Experience with customs brokerage software systems.
• Strong understanding of CBP regulations and HTS.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team delivering regulatory guidance and data management.
• Manage scheduling, coaching, and performance discussions.
• Ensure regulatory compliance across CBP, PGA, and invoice requirements.
• Collaborate across departments to train and improve processes.
• Maintain SOPs and support client onboarding and training.
• Support after-hours rotations as needed.
