In this frontline role you will collaborate with cross‑functional partners, document steps clearly, manage SLAs, and deliver proactive communication that leaves customers confident in RainFocus’ ability to keep their events running smoothly, 24/7.

Qualifications

• 1.5 years in a technical support type role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with CRM software such as Salesforce.
• Self-motivated and autonomous; takes ownership of work.
• Experience in a consulting or client-facing role.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.

Responsibilities

• Review inbound support requests and evaluate severity and impact.
• Develop subject matter expertise in RainFocus technology.
• Provide technical support to clients via cases and chat.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and stakeholders.
• Maintain ownership of cases from report to resolution; update case notes regularly.
• Ensure case progression aligns with SLA targets and internal processes.
