RainFocus is seeking an exceptional Solution Architect to own the architecture of complex, multi-event client programs. You will guide discovery, design integrations, and mentor others while aligning RainFocus capabilities with strategic business goals.

You’ll partner with executive stakeholders, drive platform adoption, and ensure scalable, innovative solutions across our enterprise clients. This role requires travel up to 20% and deep SaaS experience.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software implementation experience for enterprise clients.
• 3-5 years in SaaS event technology, preferably RainFocus experience.
• Ability to gather, document, and translate complex requirements across multiple systems.
• Proven ability to own overall solution architecture for complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise implementations.
• Trusted advisor to executive-level client stakeholders — aligning solutions with long-term business strategy.

Responsibilities

• Own the overall solution architecture for client implementations to maximize RainFocus value.
• Lead strategic discovery sessions with VP and C-suite stakeholders.
• Drive end-to-end solution design and platform adoption with Solution Consultants and technical teams.
• Provide portfolio oversight across client events, ensuring timelines, quality, and expectations.
• Mentor Solution Consultants and contribute to process improvements.
• Contribute to thought leadership and industry best practices.
