Sirius Staffing is seeking a Client Coordinator for a remote contract role. You will support clients, physicians, nurses, and authorized representatives by managing inquiries, documentation, data entry, and case coordination.

You will prepare and enter data, track cases, file records, and ensure high-quality service in line with regulatory and company standards. Collaboration with QA and other departments is essential for timely outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum typing speed of 40 WPM.
• HIPAA compliance training and adherence to standards.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
• Clinical background is preferred.
• Proficiency with Word, Outlook, Excel and Internet.

Responsabilités

• Handle and respond promptly to inquiries from clients and client representatives regarding questions, status, concerns, or requests.
• Enter and retrieve client or claimant information in systems and databases.
• Maintain daily contact with QA department regarding workflow and report status.
• Contact providers for assignment and update the database.
• File and archive open and closed cases.
• Verify client information, guidelines, rules, and notes in the system.
• Work independently and with others to address and return cases promptly.
• Direct calls to other departments as needed.
• Perform clerical duties including typing, filing, emailing, and proofreading.
• Assist in resolving customer complaints and QA issues and report concerns to management.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal safety and legal regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
