Qualifications

• 2+ years of administrative office experience required.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and accuracy.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, with professional telephone etiquette.
• Team player who can work independently, prioritize, multi-task, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to analyze basic legal documents and learn firm software.

Responsibilities

• Prepare demand letters, notices, pleadings, and other legal correspondence with minimal attorney revision.
• Communicate professionally with attorneys, homeowners, board members, property managers, clients, and third parties to provide exceptional service.
• Open new matters promptly and accurately, including verifying ownership information and documents.
• Maintain organized litigation files, case notes, and records in the case management system.
• Docket deadlines and monitor case activity to ensure timely follow-up through resolution.
