You will monitor accounts daily, identify outstanding receivables, investigate debts, process payments and refunds, resolve billing issues, update records, and create reports on progress.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent experience required.
• Accounts Receivable experience with Amazon collections.
• Proven experience as a Collection Specialist or similar role.
• Excellent knowledge of billing procedures.
• Knowledge of various collection techniques and laws.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient with MS Office and databases.
• Comfortable working with targets.
• Ability to discuss overdue payments with clients.

Responsibilities

• Monitor accounts daily.
