Job summary

Robertson, Anschutz, Schneid, Crane & Partners, PLLC is seeking a full-time Billing Specialist for an in-office position in Boca Raton. You will review billable files, verify backups, validate invoices, and generate invoices while ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

The role requires bilingual fluency in Spanish and English, strong analytical skills, and excellent time management. A HS diploma is required, with a preference for candidates holding a Bachelor's or Associate’s degree.

Responsibilities

• Meet a daily quota of reviewing assigned billable files, obtaining proper backup documentation, validating invoices, and generating invoices.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of all invoice line items, and meet billing timelines.
• Ensure all client and internal systems are updated to reflect actions and correspondence.
• Safeguard compliance with local, state, and federal foreclosure requirements.
• Participate in special projects as assigned by management.
