Professional Credit Service is seeking a Client Advocate Representative to support healthcare and government clients nationwide. This full-time role emphasizes compassionate service, effective communication, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

We offer remote, hybrid, or onsite options in Springfield, OR, with a starting pay of $20.00–$22.00 per hour, DOE, and a benefits package including health, dental & vision, a 401(k)/Roth plan, paid time off, and holidays.

Qualifications

• It is preferred that applicants hold a bachelor’s degree or equivalent knowledge and skills.
• Two years of customer service and problem-solving experience.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively.

Responsibilities

• Act as point of contact for all communications between clients and Professional Client Tools resources.
• Respond to inquiries and concerns to achieve acceptable solutions per policy.
• Provide regular activity and custom reporting for specific clients.
• Monitor client work queues and assist in resolving requests for documentation.
