Koala Health is transforming pet healthcare by making medications simple, delightful, and accessible. We are expanding fast and seeking Client Acquisition Specialists to drive revenue through outbound outreach, convert warm leads, and own the end-to-end sales cycle from home.

You will pitch our high-value services nationwide, handle objections, and continuously improve scripts and strategies with leadership.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; weekend availability on two weekdays off.
• 2+ years of experience in sales, phone-based acquisition, or target-driven customer engagement.
• High coachability, resilience, and eagerness to build elite sales skills.
• Persuasive written and verbal communication with ability to build fast rapport.
• Tech-savvy, comfortable with CRMs and modern sales tools in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth through high-volume outbound outreach to warm leads.
• Deliver compelling value propositions, pitching Koala Health's solution to pet owners nationwide.
• Master objection-handling and sales execution to meet and exceed weekly conversion targets.
• Manage and track your sales pipeline within our CRM, ensuring tight follow-ups and clean records.
• Partner with sales leadership to refine outreach scripts and sharpen conversion strategies.
