Koala Health, Inc. is seeking a motivated Lead Generation Specialist to expand our network of veterinary partners.

You will identify prospective veterinary clinics, initiate conversations, and generate partnership opportunities, serving as the first point of contact to explain Koala's value and build long-term relationships. You will leverage phone and email outreach, CRM tools, and market insights to drive lunch-and-learn sessions, qualify leads, and collaborate with the B2B team to advance

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2+ years of B2B inside sales experience, preferably in Animal Health.
• Experience with high-volume cold calling and prospecting; knowledge of sales techniques.

Responsibilities

• Reach out to potential veterinarian partners by phone and email to secure a lunch and learn.
• Use CRM software to manage leads, follow ups, and sales activities.
• Identify solutions to questions about Koala's service value for prospective customers.
• Provide a best-in-class experience for prospects in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborate with the B2B team to track progress down the sales funnel; meet targets.
