The role requires hands-on people leadership, setting clear expectations, coaching team members, and managing client relationships.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a division with P&L responsibility.
• Deep knowledge of inventory valuation and cost accounting.
• Strong leadership and coaching capabilities.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and inventory software.

Responsibilities

• Own the division's P&L and staffing, accountable for KPI outcomes.
• Lead hiring, performance reviews, and growth plans for the team.
• Oversee inventory valuation, reconciliation, and cycle counts.
• Ensure GAAP financial statements and inventory reporting accuracy.
• Drive client relationships and proactive advisory services.
• Collaborate on pricing, engagement profitability, and capacity planning.
• Guide ERP implementations and ensure audit-ready records.
