The position emphasizes process-driven efficiency and ongoing learning. As a Client Accountant, you will work under an Accounting Manager with mentoring opportunities and potential advancement to Finance leadership roles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 7+ years of full-cycle accounting experience.
• 1+ years using QuickBooks Online with Bill.com/Expensify or QBO certification preferred.
• Process-oriented and reliable in a remote environment.
• Clear written and verbal communication; confidentiality.
• Dedicated workspace with reliable internet.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level accounting support to clients.
• Maintain accounts payable/receivable, journal entries, reconciliations, monthly financial statements, payroll tasks.
• Follow established SPRCHRGR processes and collaborate with colleagues.
• Communicate with clients and identify opportunities to improve bottom line.
