Job summary

Jorie AI in the United States is seeking a Client Access Administrator to oversee employee access to payer portals, EMRs and other healthcare software. You will ensure secure, compliant access aligned with service agreements.

You will create, issue and revoke credentials, monitor access, provide training, audit activities, and collaborate with IT, security and compliance teams to maintain a seamless, compliant client experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in healthcare access administration.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity in healthcare IT environments.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements relevant to client data and healthcare industry standards.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage employee access to client payer portals, EMRs and other software applications.
• Monitor and regulate access to ensure compliance with security policies.
• Provide training and support on access systems for clients and employees.
• Audit access and activities for data protection compliance and internal policies.
• Troubleshoot access issues and maintain accurate records of permissions and changes.
