Placements24 is seeking an organized Remote Cleaning Services Coordinator to manage outsourced cleaning operations and vendor relationships from a fully remote setting. You will coordinate schedules, monitor budgets, ensure hygiene standards, and serve as the primary contact for cleaners and internal stakeholders nationwide.

Qualifications

• Experience in facilities management, operations coordination, or vendor management.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with excellent time management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for remote collaboration.

• Understanding of cleaning and sanitation best practices.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage all outsourced cleaning services, ensuring timely and effective service delivery across all assigned locations.
• Serve as the main point of contact for cleaning vendors, negotiating contracts, and monitoring performance against SLAs.
• Develop and maintain cleaning schedules and ensure adherence to established hygiene and safety protocols remotely.
• Manage cleaning service budgets, process invoices, and track expenses for cost efficiency.
• Conduct virtual site inspections and audits using provided technology and reporting from on-site staff or vendors.
• Address and resolve any service issues or client feedback promptly and professionally through virtual communication channels.
