Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily cleaning schedules and assignments for a remote team.
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring timely procurement and distribution.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for operational support for field teams, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
• Monitor service performance against established quality standards and KPIs.
