This fully remote role focuses on defining quality metrics, evaluating performance through data, and implementing improvements without on-site presence.

You will develop QA protocols, analyze feedback, and collaborate with operations to uphold excellence.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
Proven experience in quality control/quality assurance in the service industry.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication for remote collaboration and reporting.
