The role requires a high school diploma and at least two years of claims processing or customer service experience, with knowledge of ABCBS plans and strong communication skills. Regular, on-site position in Little Rock, AR.

Qualifikationen

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum two (2) years' claims processing or customer service experience.
• Detailed knowledge about all ABCBS health insurance plans and/or groups supported by the team, including expertise in benefit and claims processing guidelines preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills are essential.

Aufgaben

• Administration/Leadership: Ensures timely and accurate claims processing through monitoring and analysis of the workflow of Claims Specialists, handling the more difficult and sensitive situations personally and escalating issues to the supervisor as necessary.
• In the absence of a supervisor, maintains a positive and productive work environment and supports Trainers in onboarding and training new staff.
• Mentoring/Relationship Building: Mentors team members to ensure understanding of duties and provides detailed assistance, feedback, and coaching.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Problem Solving: Analyzes claims workflow to identify trends and training needs, and ensures timely processing and customer inquiries are addressed.
