Responsibilities

• Provides administrative support for client claims.
• Maintains Claim Databases.
• Sets up all new claims within the required time frame.
• Answer all phone calls for client programs.
• Provides follow up to all open claims in client systems and claim files.
• Fills in on other programs when needed.
• Attends monthly team meetings.
• Other duties as assigned.
