Job summary

ClaimsPro LP - International Programs Group is hiring a Customer Support Specialist for a fully remote role based in Arkansas. You will support client claims, maintain databases, and setup new claims while communicating clearly with stakeholders.

Responsibilities include answering calls, following up on open claims, and collaborating with team members. Requires 1–2 years in customer support; high school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s preferred.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years relatable customer support experience.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides administrative support for client claims
• Maintains Claim Databases
• Sets up all new claims within the required time frame
• Answer all phone calls for client programs
• Provides follow up to all open claims in client systems and claim files
• Fills in on other programs when needed
• Attends monthly team meetings
• Other duties as assigned
