Qualifications

• 2+ years of adjusting claims at a senior level.
• California workers' compensation claims experience is required; multi-state knowledge is a plus.
• Advanced communication skills and leadership abilities.
• Experience developing and guiding a team of adjusters.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Adjusters and Specialists; monitor workloads and provide supervision.
• Review and direct claim denials, payments, settlements, and reserves.
• Perform audits for regulatory compliance and quality.
• Identify trends; develop processes to improve outcomes.
• Manage workflow, claims metrics, and triage caseloads.

Education
