Job summary

Sedgwick Claims Management Services Ltd is seeking a Claims Team Lead - Liability to supervise multiple examiner teams for liability claims across several jurisdictions. The role requires strong leadership, licensing across states, and the ability to guide adjudication with expert judgment.

Qualifications

• Education & Licensing: High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred.
• Professional certification as applicable to line of business preferred.
• Six (6) years of claims experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required, including two (2) years claims supervisor experience.
• Licensing: Home State Required Jurisdiction Knowledge: Multi State.

Responsibilities

• Supervises multiple teams of examiners and staff for liability claims.
• Provides technical and jurisdictional direction on adjudication.
• Monitors workloads, trains staff, and improves processes.
• Reviews management reports and reserves; maintains client relationships.
• Ensures licensing compliance across jurisdictions.
• Interviews and develops staff performance and development plans.
