The ideal candidate has a Florida 6-20 All-Lines license, relevant claims experience, and strong communication skills in English and Spanish.

Qualifications

• Active Florida 6-20 All-Lines Adjuster license is required.
• Prior P&C insurance service or claims experience is required.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred; proficiency with claim systems and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and support a team of licensed adjusters serving as elevated points of contact for policyholders and claimants.
• Oversee accurate processing of first payments to insureds, shops, and related parties, and reissuance of payments.
• Review and approve coverage explanations, policy terms, claim status, liability, and next steps to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Review and approve payments and letters to parties for accuracy and compliance.
• Handle supervisor escalation calls and activities as needed.
• Audit calls, claim notes, payment activity, and decision quality for compliance with policy and Florida DFS regulations.
• Monitor productivity, quality, attendance, and customer service metrics; communicate expectations and address performance.
