The role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or in a hybrid remote setting. You’ll join a team focused on accuracy, compassion, and responsive support for diverse clients.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or call center preferred.
• Ability to type and speak clearly.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong attention to detail and confidentiality.
• Experience with HIPAA and handling sensitive information.
• Ability to work independently and remotely.
• Knowledge of medical terminology helpful.

Responsibilities
