Job summary

Gallagher Bassett is seeking an experienced Claims Adjuster to support Commercial Auto and General Liability claims. You will investigate, evaluate, and resolve complex claims, partnering with clients to design practical resolutions.

The role requires licenses in multiple states, 5+ years of claims experience, and a proactive approach to handling Bodily Injury and complex litigation. Fully remote work is available, with nationwide opportunities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years related claims experience.
• Licensing and/or certification in all states where claims are handled.
• Knowledge of industry standards and practices.
• Computer experience with claims software.

Responsibilities

• Investigate, evaluate, and resolve complex General Liability and Auto Liability claims.
• Partner with clients to deliver innovative solutions and improve the claims process.
• Think critically, plan, and prioritize activities to serve clients effectively.
• Document claim activity timely and support outcomes.
