Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree is required.
• 7 years of relevant claims handling experience, focusing on complex and litigated claims.
• State licensing in multiple jurisdictions.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Related claims and business software experience.
• Previous auditing experience.
• Extensive liability claims background.
• Strong process management skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance of field offices with client base service instructions and related service agreements.
• Conduct customized client audits, monitor performance metrics, provide technical training, and assist branches in meeting client expectations, along with development of processes and procedures to ensure compliance with client, broker, and carrier expectations.
• Responsibilities include; trend analysis, delivering training, and conducting both internal and external audits.
• Additional duties may include preparation of monthly oversight reports, review of processes of branch handling to improve claim outcomes, client liaising in support of Account Management, coding, reserving, and specialized projects.
• Participation and/or attendance in partnership meetings, client and broker meetings may be required in addition to individual support for branches and Resolution Managers.
