Qualifications

• High School Diploma.
• Minimum of 5 years related claims experience.
• Appropriate licensing and/or certification in all states handled.
• Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices.
• Computer experience with related claims and business software.

Responsibilities

• Investigate, evaluate, and resolve General Liability claims, applying experience and analytic skills.
• Collaborate with clients to deliver innovative solutions and improve the claims process.
• Communicate claim status clearly with claimants and clients, showing empathy and professionalism.
• Ensure handling aligns with policies, procedures, and ethics; document activities timely.
