Job summary

Sun Auto Tire & Service is seeking a detail-oriented Claims Process Coordinator to support insurance administration and claims management across our national network. The role is fully remote and exempt, reporting to the Compliance Manager, and focuses on claims intake through resolution with collaboration among store managers, district managers, market directors, vendors, and the Safety team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; comparable experience may be considered.
• Minimum of 3 years in insurance claims, claims administration, risk management support, or compliance support preferred.
• Experience with incident reporting systems or EHS Insight is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review incoming claims and documentation for completeness and accuracy.
• Coordinate with store managers, district managers, and directors to gather missing information.
• Manage claims from intake through resolution with follow-ups and documentation.
• Communicate with insurance carriers, adjusters, and vendors as needed.
• Track claim status, costs, and resolution notes to keep records current.
• Escalate complex or high-cost claims to appropriate stakeholders.
