Sun Auto Tire & Service is seeking a detail-oriented Claims Process Coordinator to support insurance administration and claims management operations across its nationwide network of automotive service locations. You will review claims, coordinate with store managers, vendors, and carriers, and help maintain accurate documentation.

The role requires strong organizational skills, proven communication abilities, and experience with incident reporting systems and claims management platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Minimum 3 years in insurance claims or related roles.
• Experience with incident reporting systems and claims management platforms.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple claims and deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; high attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Review incoming insurance claims and verify accuracy.
• Coordinate information with store managers, vendors, and internal teams.
• Track lifecycle and resolution progress of each claim.
• Communicate with insurers, adjusters, and third-party administrators.
• Maintain accurate claim records and documentation.
• Escalate complex or litigated claims to appropriate stakeholders.
• Update incident and claim info in EHS Insight and related systems.
• Support reporting on incidents, trends, costs, and performance.
• Manage certificates of insurance and policy records.
• Monitor shared inboxes and ensure timely responses.
