Reliance Matrix is seeking a Customer Care Sr. Representative in Phoenix, AZ to manage claimant communications, document data accurately, and support claims processing. The role emphasizes empathy, professional phone presence, and adherence to HIPAA while handling inbound/outbound calls and routine inquiries.

Qualificações

• GED or High School Diploma.
• 2-3 years of call center or equivalent customer service experience.
• Exceptional interpersonal communication skills and ability to work with a diverse workforce.
• Experience using web-based programs and tools.
• High speed home internet installed for Remote/Teleworker.

Responsabilidades

• Providing Claimant Details: informs claimants about short-term disability and statutory claims.
• Managing Inbound Calls: addresses inquiries and resolves issues related to claims and leave processes.
• Performing Outbound Tasks: conducts outbound calls and follow-ups with clients and claimants.
• Accurate Documentation: files and documents client data in the system with precision.
• Answering Claims Questions: provides information on intake process and reporting time.
• Technical Issue Resolution: resolves routine issues for source systems supporting claims processing.
• Maintaining Confidentiality: adheres to HIPAA rules and protects sensitive claimant information.
• Supporting Integrated Claims: assists claimants to ensure 1st call resolutions.
