Qualifications

• Enrolled in a bachelor's degree program with at least one semester remaining after summer internship.
• Expected graduation date between December 2027 and August 2028.
• Available to participate in full internship May 17, 2027 through August 7, 2027.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines.
• Able to work independently and with a team.
• Able to handle confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Learn how residential property claims are reviewed, documented, processed, and resolved.
• Support operational activities including documentation, reporting, workflow management, quality review, and process improvement.
• Collaborate with Claims professionals to understand lifecycle and responsibilities.
• Assist with research, data gathering, analysis, and documentation for current priorities.
• Identify opportunities to improve Claims processes, workflow, technology, training, or customer experience.
• Complete a structured summer project with objectives, milestones, and measurable deliverables.
• Present project findings and recommendations to Claims colleagues and leaders.
• Participate in internship learning program, mentorship, and networking opportunities.
