State Farm invites motivated students to join our Property & Casualty Claims internship in Minneapolis. You’ll gain hands-on experience in claim investigation, evaluation, negotiation, and policy application while learning from experienced professionals.

You’ll inspect residential and commercial properties, develop safe field-inspection practices, receive mentorship, and have opportunities to volunteer and network.

Qualifications

• Full-time student enrolled during the internship.
• Available June 2, 2027 to August 11, 2027.
• Eligible to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Build claim-handling skills in investigation, evaluation, negotiation, and policy application.
• Work with experienced claims professionals on property claims (residential and commercial).
• Learn to inspect residential and commercial properties and develop safe field-inspection practices.
