You will join a dynamic claims team, gaining hands-on experience in loss reporting, information analysis, and policy interpretation while collaborating with leaders and mentors.

Qualifikationen

• Must be enrolled and have completed at least 60 credit hours with an accredited college or university.
• Full-time summer internship requiring 40 hours per week.
• Must be able to work in Charleston, WV or remotely in approved payroll states.
• Strong customer service and communication skills emphasized.
• Ability to analyze information, make decisions, and work with others.

Aufgaben

• Receive initial claim information from customers via telephone, email, or fax.
• Provide information about loss reporting options and determine applicable coverage.
• Interpret coverage and issue claim decisions for engagements.
• Work with leadership to onboard new associates and document intake processes.
• Handle requests from internal/external customers and respond via calls, email, or correspondence.
