Qualifications

• 5+ years of claims handling experience in an agency or carrier setting.
• Licensed Insurance Adjuster or state equivalent.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to manage high-volume workloads with accuracy.
• Proficiency in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Meet production, quality, and service expectations.
• Deliver outstanding client service and anticipate needs.
• Advocate for clients with ongoing support and consultation.
• Manage complex or delayed claims to timely resolutions.
• Review loss reports and take corrective actions.
• Monitor claim activities and follow up as needed.
• Conduct claims reviews and audits.
• Oversee workers' compensation claims and reserve analysis.
