Claims Management Resources is hiring a Drop Claims Adjuster to recover payments for damage claims for utility clients in a fully remote role. You will investigate issues, negotiate settlements, and review evidence to determine liability. Training is provided to obtain an insurance adjuster license.

Base pay starts at $15/hour for the first 90 days, with a potential shift to $12/hour plus bonus thereafter. The role emphasizes accuracy, data entry, and strong communication with homeowners,

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 0-2 years of clerical and/or data input experience.
• Excellent attendance and punctuality; reliable and timely.

Responsibilities

• Investigate claims issues and provide information to damagers (homeowners, contractors).
• Negotiate settlements with damagers and insurance companies as applicable.
• Review claim information and research additional reference material to complete the record.
