Job summary

Claims Management Resources Inc (CMR) is seeking an entry-level Drop Claims Adjuster to work remotely in the United States. You will recover payments on damage claims, interacting with homeowners, contractors, insurers and utility field staff in a call center setting.

In addition to a base pay of $12–$15/hour plus monthly bonuses, the role offers on-the-job training, potential for licensure, and a strong focus on attendance, organization and accurate data entry. No college degree required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 0-2 years of clerical and/or data input experience.
• Excellent attendance and punctuality.
• Basic to intermediate MS Office skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Investigate claims issues and provide information to damagers.
• Negotiate settlements with damagers and insurers.
• Review claim information and gather reference material.
• Determine liability using evidence like photos and permits.
• Dispute objections and provide data entry into systems.
• Track fees and manage open/closed claims.
• Skip tracing as needed using internet resources.
