Frontline Insurance is seeking a Claims Adjuster Trainee for the Central Florida region with a remote work option within the United States. The role emphasizes licensing, policy interpretation, and end-to-end claims process exposure, with hands-on field experience as applicable.

The program includes onboarding, training, and customer-focused claim handling, plus opportunities to develop skills in estimation, investigation, and dispute resolution while supporting state licensing requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or minimum one year of work or customer service experience.
• Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills are required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) is expected.

Responsibilities

• Onboarding and licensing processes will be completed during Orientation.
• Learn insurance policy provisions and coverage details.
• Assist with application, regulations, and final evaluation tasks.
• Deliver empathetic, customer-focused service throughout the claim lifecycle.
• Understand end-to-end claims process and system navigation.
• Gain knowledge of building components and materials for property claims.
• Learn fundamentals of property damage estimation and on-site inspections.
• Gather and evaluate claim evidence and support subrogation and liability processes.
• Maintain compliance with internal quality standards and state regulations.
