Job summary

Frontline Insurance is seeking a Claims Adjuster Trainee for the North FL Territory. You will begin onboarding, licensing, and learning policy interpretation while delivering compassionate, customer-focused service to policyholders.

You will gain experience in claims lifecycle, estimating, investigation, subrogation, and coverage evaluation, including on-site inspections. Expect orientation and licensing within 60–90 days and work in a remote North Florida context.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is preferred or minimum one year of work or customer service experience.
• Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Responsibilities

• Onboard and obtain licensing as part of the onboarding process.
• Policy interpretation and coverage details assessment.
• Handle applications and assess claims with regulatory requirements.
• Provide customer service and effective communication throughout the claim lifecycle.
• Learn claims lifecycle and systems, including estimation and investigation.
• Conduct on-site inspections and fieldwork to gather evidence.
• Assist with catastrophe operations and surge work when needed.
