Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of litigation experience in civil matters.
• Washington civil litigation experience is required.
• JD from an accredited law school and WA Bar membership are required.

• Handle construction defect, civil, and business litigation matters.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery responses, and legal research memoranda.
• Attend court hearings, depositions, and mediations.
• Collaborate with senior litigators on case strategy and execution.
• Manage own time with an informal PTO structure while meeting billable targets.
